Coach Segev,
I am a competitive coach for a club in Texas. I coach a U14 girls team. This is my only team. I have a question regarding attendance and training. What is your personal policy on the expectation of players attending trainings regularly? I seem to have an issue with players missing training more often than they should. Also, I live in a very affluent area and families paying high club prices is not a motivating factor. What kind of conversation can I have with families and players about the importance of training and what sort of consequences can the coach implement to discourage missed trainings. Thank you!
